Primary Care LPN Float - PRN

Role: The Primary Care Patient Care LPN provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care under the guidance of the primary care team, collaborating with providers and clinical staff to achieve quality outcomes. Responsibilities: Partner with patients and team members to deliver timely care, perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, and support efficient workflows. Duties include assisting providers, managing patient interactions, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, licensure as an LPN in the state, and preferred clinical experience in a primary care setting. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
