Primary Care Float Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Primary Care Assistant - LPN in a Float Pool supporting clinics across the Midwest. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering injections, wound care, and medications.Assist providers with exams and medical procedures.Update and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation.Support care coordination and patient education on treatment plans.Adapt to various clinical settings within a collaborative environment.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing training and development.
