We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections with real content. The posting includes: Summary (EDRP eligibility), Qualifications (basic requirements, grade determination, knowledge/skills/abilities, preferred experience, physical requirements), Duties (list of duties), Work Schedule (full-time schedule). Also mentions EDRP details, but that's a benefit? It's a program. Could be Benefits section? The instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe summary?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (basic requirements, qualifications), Skills (knowledge/skills/abilities), Benefits (EDRP), Schedule (work schedule). Pay not mentioned, so omit. Also maybe Qualifications vs Requirements overlapping; but we can combine. Let's decide: Use sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (basic requirements + qualifications), Skills (knowledge/skills/abilities + preferred experience), Benefits (EDRP), Schedule (work schedule). Ensure we don't repeat job title. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. There's none. We need to include EDRP details: eligibility, award up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years, must apply within four months, etc. Also mention contact email. Also include Physical Requirements as part of Requirements maybe. Let's extract content: Summary: "This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval - award amount (up to $200 -000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application." Qualifications: includes bullet-like paragraphs: Applicants pending completion... may be referred... Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship..., English Language Proficiency, Education..., Licensure..., May qualify based on Grandfathering Provision..., Grade Determination GS-06..., In addition - must follow Knowledge - Skills and Abilities: (long list). Preferred Experience: At least 2-3 years professional experience working in Primary Care or Ambulatory Care setting. Reference link. Physical Requirements: Extensive periods of sitting - standing and walking... etc. Duties: list of duties after "Major Duties include - but are not limited to:" then many items separated by line breaks. Work Schedule: "Full-Time - Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Schedule may be adjusted to support facility needs Virtual: This is not a virtual position" Also other metadata: Functional Statement #, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized, EDRP Authorized..., Contact..., Learn more, Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized. We can drop minor metadata like Functional Statement #, etc. Keep contact email maybe in Benefits? Could be part of EDRP section. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID. Let's craft HTML. We'll have:
