Primary Care Assistant MA or LPN

Join a primary care team as an MA, LPN, or EMT/Paramedic, providing essential patient support and clinical assistance. Key Responsibilities Include Preparing patients for visits by recording vital signs, reviewing history, managing care gaps, and documenting in Epic.Assisting with in-office testing such as blood draws, EKGs, mental status exams, and point-of-care testing.Administering vaccines and injections within scope of practice.Scheduling follow-up appointments and collaborating with providers to coordinate care plans. Qualifications Medical Assistant: High school diploma or GED, BLS certification within 90 days, with preferred healthcare experience; Certified Medical Assistants must hold active certification or registration.LPN: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program, active LPN license, with preferred clinical experience in primary care. Skills & Attributes Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and efficiently.
