Primary Care Assistant LPN - Full-Time, Days

About the role

We are seeking a Primary Care Patient Care LPN to collaborate with providers and the clinical team in delivering patient-centered, safe, and effective care in a primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients and team members to drive quality outcomes
• Perform tasks independently with minimal oversight
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail

The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current LPN licensure in the state
• Preferably 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, especially in primary care
