Responsibilities
- Maintain a direct caseload of learners
- Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs
- Serve as the on‑site clinical leader—training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
Skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay
Competitive compensation: $120,000 base salary; weekly production bonuses (when applicable); relocation assistance available.

Work with our BCBA scheduler to design a 40‑hour schedule that works for you; some work‑from‑home opportunities built in.
