Responsibilities

• Maintains data integrity and consistency by ensuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP.
• Conduct daily and bi-monthly pricing audits in VIP against CFP/Salesforce TPM.
• Resolve pricing inquiries/discrepancies received from account managers/chains with the corresponding bottler team.
• Work with bottlers to validate and approve promotions in VIP.
• Maintain accuracy and validity of all approvals and trackers.
• Brainstorm more efficient ways to streamline work processes for the department.

Qualifications

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study.
• Between 1-3 years of experience with pricing systems and/or material maintenance.
• Between 1-3 years of experience in customer service.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Detail-oriented and systems-savvy.
• Comfortable working with large data sets, audit checklists, and standardized controls.

Pay

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $16 - $25 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
