Pricing Representative Temp to Hire

In the position of Pricing Representative, you will complete the collection, organization, and validation of data required for processing pricing requests for promotions using various applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain pricing within the VIP-SRS pricing system, including status information and control logs for all current and future pricing requests.
• Facilitate and manage communications and information flow between the company and distributor partners.
• Perform chain analysis of new and existing accounts to ensure all data is up to date.
• Ensure information from the Chain Funding Planner (CFP) to the chain alert database system is reviewed and entered in a timely manner.
• Accurately input, maintain, and communicate pricing information for key customers in related systems.
• Execute monthly pricing analysis.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from the sales field and customers, track issues, gain authorized approval, and follow up.
• Enter and update cost and retail changes.
• Process new item alerts and authorizations upon arrival.
• Assist in documenting and estimating system policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• 1–3 years of experience using pricing software or analytical tools.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Accurate and timely 10-key data entry.

Pay

This position offers an estimated hourly pay range of $16 – $25 USD, with actual compensation varying based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
