About the role

Armstrong World Industries has a job opportunity for a Pricing Specialist who will be responsible for the support of the field sales reps in pricing activities, including quoting, impact analysis, and price changes.

Responsibilities

• Price quotations for field sales reps, including entry of quotes into Salesforce.com and the communication of quotes to reps and external customers
• Performing analysis on price and sales to identify and execute price simplification opportunities
• Identifying, analyzing, implementing, and communicating process improvements that result in effective and efficient business practices within the Pricing and Business Analysis team
• Execute pricing and business policies

Requirements

• Ability to retain numbers and be numerically inclined
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience prioritizing multiple requests
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures
• Microsoft Excel skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with five or more years related experience and/or training
• Degree Preferred from two or four-year college or university
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
