Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Enhance product sales and margins by making intelligent price decisions through the application of product knowledge and delivery capabilities and best available information
- Inputs, track and manage all aspects of sales data in quote system to ensure meaningful follow-up with validated market intelligence and strategic alignment of system to sales process and data integrity
- Issue of quote with appropriate time line of customer requirement while maintaining strategic positioning
- Research information on customers and develop contacts in the market on an independent basis to align with pricing and sales strategy
- Manage the sales process with meaningful follow-ups on opportunities and quotes in support of the organization goals
- Collaborate to coordinate pricing decisions to align with sales and marketing strategy
- Leverage information from customers, sales channel and other functional areas of the business to meet organizational goals as well as ensure timely and accurate pricing to market
- Maintain and analyze Quotes & Marketing Intelligence System, enter information into system, process approvals and conduct analysis of quote performance (e.g. customer, industry, territory)
- Analyze price quote performance by customer, industry type and territory
- Manage brand strategy in alignment within sales and marketing objectives
- Educate market on the value of pricing decisions when promoting / selling Divisional product solutions
- Answer questions on issues outside of normal guidelines, terms and conditions
- Answers technical support inquiries of product lines
- Verify that all department processes and procedures are documented and executed correctly and that individual(s) are trained and cross-trained as necessary to execute all customer service functions
- Responsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy
Required Education / Experience / Skills
- Degree in Business, Engineering or Related Field
- 3 Years’ Experience in a Pricing Analyst role preferably within a Product / Manufacturing Environment
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make critical decisions with minimal managerial oversight
- ISO Knowledge / Experience
- Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
Preferred Education / Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with MRPII
- Knowledge of Composite Material
- Technical Skills Microsoft Office Proficient
- Engineering drawings, reading and interpretation
