Pricing Manager

About the role
The Pricing Manager maintains and manages our national pricing records using proprietary pricing software. Reporting to the Director of Pricing, you will help enforce our price positioning across multiple wine and spirit portfolios while ensuring alignment with brand budgets.
Responsibilities
- Regularly work with large data sets in Excel using Vlookup, Range Lookups, Pivot Tables, and If/Iferror functions.
- Manage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests in accordance with assigned due dates.
- Help Brand Teams execute their planned strategy by maintaining consistent bottle pricing nationally while working within allocated brand spends.
- Raise potential pricing issues to managers when strategies are not being met.
- Track and log price structures to streamline communication with customers.
- Utilize VIP and Power BI reporting to analyze trends and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies.
- Effectively communicate with all internal departments, from sales to the back office.
- Provide administrative assistance by running routine and ad hoc reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Industry experience preferred.
