Pricing Manager

About the Role

As a Pricing Manager, you’ll be a key member of a highly visible and tight-knit Pricing team, utilizing your experience in consumer software pricing, economic research, and online commerce. This Hybrid position is located in our Frisco, TX office, and we are only considering candidates within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance is offered at this time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to design and execute pricing A/B tests
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify, validate, and quantify pricing recommendations across multiple regions and channels
• Conduct internal price elasticity research in top markets to identify optimal price points for each product
• Track and analyze the financial effects of price changes on key metrics such as conversion, retention, ASP, and LTV
• Manage and set product-level pricing within our price tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing and digital marketing in an e-commerce or online services company (subscription-based business model highly desirable)
• 4+ years of work experience in a pricing or commercialization role
• Excellent analytical capabilities, including financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience executing A/B and MVT tests online, including ideation, execution, and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and CDW is preferred
• In-depth financial modeling and statistical problem-solving skills, including data management and relational database programming
• Ability to create engaging and instructive PowerPoint presentations
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver with a passion for understanding pricing strategies in software and/or subscription businesses
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence teams

Pay

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $79,310.00/Yr. - USD $130,295.00/Yr., depending on experience and qualifications.
