Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Analyze pricing, margins, customer profitability, sales performance, and revenue trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization and discount management.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer buying behaviors.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to support pricing decisions and revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop pricing models, reporting tools, dashboards, and business insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Help establish pricing guidelines, governance processes, and performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, business analytics, profitability analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, agriculture, consumer products, or other product-driven industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to influence business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, profitability, customer segmentation, and revenue management concepts.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Finance teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
