Pricing and Billing Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, excellent Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves performing reconciliations, data analysis, and various other tasks to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.

About the role

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week onsite. We welcome candidates within a commutable distance to our headquarters in Westbrook, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Pricing implementation into SAP
• Understanding the commercial offering intended and managing implementation and controls associated to it
• Data Management: Inputting data into accounts, systems, and/or databases according to established guidelines and procedures
• Auditing and validating data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policies
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies, making corrections as needed
• Performing regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions
• Generating and maintaining reports related to pricing, billing, and collections
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP and billing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
