Pricing Analyst - FP&A - Remote

This role is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis job function, focusing on the short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegment results including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX, and spending.
• Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities and collect data supporting commercial assessments.
• Support the annual budget process.
• Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Produce routine and ad-hoc financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyses.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Pay

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 per year, and the maximum salary is $110,000 per year. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
