Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Senior Pricing Analyst supports regional customer pricing and executes pricing strategies to maintain and expand new business within McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services. This role involves conducting financial analyses to determine customer, program, and item-level profitability, building strong client relationships, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer level profitability analysis for complex regional customers
• Provide customer financial analyses to determine customer, program and item-level profitability
• Lead ad hoc analysis to support Finance, Sales organizations, and other internal business partners
• Identify opportunities for business development by building and maintaining strong Sales and customer relationships resulting in customer retention and stability/increase of sales to maximize share of wallet
• Manage multiple projects within a highly matrixed environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong financial acumen, data analysis, active communication, customer relationship, and project management skills

Skills

• Understanding of business management including P&L, ROI, scenario analysis, trend analysis, and break-even analysis
• Ability to build moderate to complex pricing models
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing multiple priorities
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentations skills

Benefits

Salary range: $82,700 - $137,900 USD Annual with 5% MIP

Approx targeted budget salary between 100-105K with 5% MIP

P3 Physical Requirements: General Office Demands

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
