Pricing Analyst

Roadtex Transportation, a leader in the nationwide LTL industry, specializes in transporting time and temperature-sensitive products. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs through our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, state-of-the-art tracking, and specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics, expanding our transportation management solutions and national warehouse footprint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all tariffs in the current system (Roadvision)
• Communicate with Echo on all Echo-specific pricing to ensure Roadvision and Echo’s system (Optimizer) are in sync
• Analyze profitability of any/all customers
• Assist Sales with analyses and completion of RFPs
• Build customer-specific pricing structures
• Maintain general blanket rates
• Assist the Rating team with exception quoting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient in visual analytics (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Self-motivated
• Willing to travel 5% of the year

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed. The role can be remote or in-person at an Echo office. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions and changes in direction throughout the workday and is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
