Responsibilities
- Load, update, and maintain customer, contract, and market-level pricing within the ERP.
- Ensure the timely and accurate implementation of pricing loads.
- Research and respond to pricing-related inquiries.
- Support the Pricing Manager(s) on pricing initiatives, ad hoc analytics, and strategic account reviews.
- Support the implementation of pricing policies, strategies, and best practices within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Monitor customer and branch trends and collaborate with the Pricing Manager on improvement plans for specific markets, customers, and sales associates.
- Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to Pricing Managers.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Multi-task between multiple projects and areas.
- Use strong analytical skills to compare sales trends and market data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required for loading pricing and performing price/cost analysis.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Power BI.
- Eclipse (Crawford’s ERP) preferred experience.
- Calculate discounts, percentages, and other basic math.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Four or more years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry is preferred.
