Pricing Analyst

This role sits in our Westlake, Ohio headquarters. IMCD US is a leading global distribution partner and formulator of specialty chemicals and ingredients. Responsibilities

• Work within the ERP and CRM systems to maintain cost components and sell prices
• Work with suppliers and the commercial team to process price changes
• Analyze margin impact on pricing decisions
• Manage the approval process for off-list pricing and supplier communication
• Review and manage rebate accruals, submissions, and analyses
• Complete and participate in daily and month-end accounting duties, as assigned
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects, as needed
• Champion efficiency and process improvement within the pricing function either by contributing ideas or leading meaningful change
• Conduct monthly and as-needed gross profit reviews, collaborating with the commercial team to initiate and implement margin expansion measures
• Track and report on margin expansion through the various functions of pricing
• Review, edit, and approve/reject all customer quotations

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field
• MS Excel and personal computer experience

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed. This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments.
