Pricing Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze diverse market data to recommend rate adjustments that balance our competitive "local feel" with corporate margin expansion goals.
• Partner directly with General Managers (GMs) and sales teams to establish and maintain base pricing that accounts for regional labor costs and service complexities.
• Play a lead role in configuring and maintaining pricing logic within NetSuite to ensure seamless quote-to-cash transitions.
• Build and manage dynamic pricing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide leadership with real-time insights into price realization and leakage.
• Document and share best practices for quoting and pricing adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics, ideally within a multi-site service industry.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with professional experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leaders and translate financial data into operational strategies.
• Prior experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade pricing systems is highly preferred.
• A results-oriented self-starter who can make decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 50% travel for ongoing district support.
