Qualifications
- Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Community Health or a related health field?
- Do you have three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in public health, prevention services, community-based health programming, behavioral health or substance use prevention initiatives?
- Do you have experience working in Tribal communities, with demonstrated ability to deliver culturally grounded programming?
- Do you have an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position?
- Do you have experience overseeing grant-funded programs, including: Workplans, Reporting, Compliance and monitoring?
- Do you have experience coordinating services across multiple programs or departments?
- Do you have experience using data to monitor performance and guide program improvement?
- Do you currently have a valid Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card, or are you able to obtain one within ninety (90) days of hire? (Please note: failure to maintain a current Level 1 Clearance Card will result in termination.)
- Do you have a current valid Driver's license?
