Prevention & Education Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver prevention and education workshops addressing family violence, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships
• Provide community outreach and awareness campaigns across the installation
• Cook with command leadership and base agencies to support readiness through prevention programming
• Maintain training materials, attendance logs, and program evaluation metrics
• Support annual FAP prevention plan development and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience developing and delivering educational workshops
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with DoD family support programs and community resources
