Preventative Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance on a fleet of earthmoving equipment.
• Responsible for loading and unloading oils and filters on trucks.
• Navigate job sites and roadways at night.
• Be respectful of houses nearby.
• Follow company standards of sampling and PM's on equipment.
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or High school diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in PM tech or mechanic experience.

Pay

Hourly pay from $25+ per year; Based on Experience.

Schedule

Full-time; some Saturdays and Sundays may be required.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions

Shop & Field Roles:

• Work performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, ranging from freezing temperatures to heat above 90°F, in both wet and dry conditions.
• Exposure to odors, gases, dust, and dirt.
• Noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 10-60 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Frequent overhead reaching and lifting.
• Majority of time spent standing, crawling, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Manual labor, including hand digging as needed.
