Apply Description Job Summary: The Prevailing Wage Payroll Analyst is responsible for overseeing and assisting with prevailing wage compliance and apprenticeship requirements working directly with our subcontractors to review certified payroll submissions, validate wage classifications and rates, ensure proper apprenticeship documentation, and assist with uploading documentation in various third-party agencies SharePoint portals and online certified payroll systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review subcontractor certified payroll reports (CPRs) for accuracy and complianceVerify wage classifications wage and fringe calculationsReview documents for compliance with prevailing wage regulationsReview and validate supporting documentation including apprenticeship documentation, fringe benefit statements, and restitution calculationsAssist subcontractors in getting set up with third-party agencies and clients to be able to upload payroll records and documentation to client portals and certified payroll reporting platformsCommunicate as an intermediary point person directly with subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and compliance deficiencies with third-party agenciesTrack outstanding items Maintain documentation records in compliance for auditorsSupport internal payroll team with prevailing wage tasksAssist with DOL or third-party agency inquiries and auditsOther duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in prevailing wage compliance or certified payroll administrationStrong working knowledge of Davis-Bacon, state prevailing wage laws, and apprenticeship program requirementsExperience reviewing and certifying CPRsFamiliarity with LCP Tracker, CTP uploads, or similar compliance platformsStrong understanding of wage determinations, fringe benefit calculations, and restitution processingExperience working directly with subcontractors on compliance mattersExcellent attention to detail and documentation accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, renewable energy, or government-funded projectsExperience responding to DOL inquiries or third-party compliance audits Physical Requirements Sitting: Majority of the workday will involve sitting at a desk using a computerStanding/Walking: Occasionally required for tasks such as retrieving files or attending meetingsLifting: May occasionally be required to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 poundsDexterity: Frequent use of hands to operate office equipment such as a computer keyboard, mouse, and phoneVision: Close vision required for computer and paperwork tasks; ability to adjust focus and read small print or electronic displaysHearing/Talking: Regularly required to communicate verbally with employees and vendors via phone or in-personRepetitive Motion: Repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers during daily tasks such as typing TAKKION is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Description 80,000 - 90,000
