Pressure Washing Tech

This position maintains the appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. The home store is located at 2466 Delk Road, Marietta, GA 30067.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking areas of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company-provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the Regional Store Maintenance Manager (RSM)
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Protect fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and ensure customer safety during washing activities
• Maintain stock and install normal wear parts to keep washing equipment operable
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals
• Report any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel

Requirements

• Schedule: 4 PM to 12 AM or 8 PM to 4 AM, Sunday - Thursday
• Good driving record
• 2+ years of work experience preferred
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance
