What You'll Do

• Provide professional commercial pressure washing services, including:
• Building exteriors (brick, concrete, siding, stone)
• Sidewalks, walkways, and entryways
• Parking lots, garages, and dumpster pads
• Gum, oil, grease, and stain removal
• Soft washing where appropriate (to protect surfaces)

What We Expect (Non-Negotiables)

• Proven pressure washing experience (commercial preferred)
• Professional-grade equipment (or ability to obtain): Commercial pressure washers Surface cleaners Water tanks (if needed)
• Knowledge of: PSI control by surface type Chemical use (degreasers, detergents, soft wash solutions) General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
• Strong communication and accountability
• Commitment to consistent quality and safety
