Pressperson - Lithographic Sheetfed

Job Responsibilities

• Work under the plant manager to ensure proper training of team members.
• Make-ready and operate press based on written instructions.
• Ensure jobs meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Verify stock and ink match job specifications on tickets.
• Understand job details for area responsibilities.
• Perform press make-ready, folder setups, maintain press register and color.
• Conduct quality pull sheet procedures according to press SOPs.
• Pull and label samples according to press SOP.
• Follow safety policies and regulations, reporting hazards immediately.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press with the press team.
• Cook up work schedules in the department with other team members.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience as a Press Feeder.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience managing multiple projects, working under pressure, and adapting to sudden changes.
• Quickly and efficiently performing tasks.
