About the role

We have 90 highly skilled employees, backed by ownership dedicated to growing our business in several key markets, including aerospace, automotive, oil-and-gas, mining and woodworking, to name a few.

Responsibilities

• Design and manufacture premium-quality press-to-size inserts for various industries.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and materials science.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CNC machines and metalworking processes.

Skills

• Knowledge of tungsten carbide properties and applications.
• Experience with press-to-size insert manufacturing techniques.
