Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the activities of production staff including temporary assignments.
- Schedules staff, issues disciplinary action if required, conducts performance appraisals and other employee relations matters.
- Reviews production levels to determine priority of production to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Maintains efficiency and quality standards on production lines.

What We Are Looking For
High School diploma or GED
Post-secondary education or related experience
Previous leadership role experience in an automotive manufacturing / metal stamping environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Operate standard office equipment
