An Offset Press Operator 2nd/3rd is responsible for preparing, adjusting, and running a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring high-quality printing to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and adjust the press and all peripheral equipment
- Run the press and deliver products that meet client needs and company expectations
- Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine
- Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs following an established preventive maintenance schedule
- Ensure all raw materials are available before starting production
- Work closely with the Assistant Press Operator
- Participate in other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous
- Strong team spirit
- Flexible
- 2 years of printing experience (preferred)

Pay
From $28.00 per hour + shift premium
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm to 10 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6:30 am
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
