Press Operator Packer 3rd Shift

About the role

Ambitious individuals are needed to join our team. Work hours are 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with a straight 8-hour shift and a paid lunch. The pay rate starts at $20.55/hour with a scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. There's also a $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift. Employees are eligible for a monthly attendance bonus on their first full month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Placing materials and removing finished parts into stamping press
• Completing production and inspection reports as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Hourly inspection of parts
• Packing parts off conveyor into various totes/bins

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Basic math skills - including working with percentages and fractions
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
• Able to read and interpret tape measures
• Able to work in a factory environment - standing, bending
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous experience with stamping presses or related manufacturing equipment preferred
