Press Operator - Level 1 - Days or Nights

About the role

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce custom molded plastics parts
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of molding equipment
• Participate in quality control processes to maintain product standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and operating machinery

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Skills

• Proficiency in operating press machines
• Knowledge of basic mold design principles
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
