Schedule

• First Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (40 hours)
• Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am (40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced production processes in either Axial or ISO/TVP, working more independently to meet production goals.
• Set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP machinery, ensuring parts are within tolerance using a micrometer.
• Achieve 80% of the production rate and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow autonomous maintenance practices.
• Use Epicor system proficiently for production tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and cleanliness compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Ability to read and interpret part prints.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Action-oriented, independent, and able to work at a quick pace with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborative team player who supports colleagues effectively.
• Upholds organizational values, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
• Capable of work in a clean, well-lit production environment; standing and manual dexterity required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and understand verbal instructions.
