About the role

We are hiring a Press Operator for a manufacturing company in the Cookeville, TN area. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working with machinery and producing quality parts. The role offers a four‑day work week, providing a long weekend every week.

Responsibilities

• Operate production press equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load materials and remove finished parts from the machine.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay

$20.84 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (2nd Shift).
