Press Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

VAL-CO, a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems, is currently looking for a Full-Time Press Operator at the Coldwater, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
• Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
• Perform in-process inspections on components being produced
• Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
• Be able to make piece rate

• Starting wage of $21.32 + $2.50 shift differential
