About the role

Responsible for operating press machines to produce high-quality products in a second shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate press machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using press machine controls
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team
