About the role

We're hiring for a full-time Press Operator position with a manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working with machinery and producing quality parts. Enjoy a four-day work week and a long weekend every week.

Responsibilities

• Operate production press equipment safely and efficiently
• Load materials and remove finished parts from the machine
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

$20.84 per hour

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 PM‑2:00 AM (2nd Shift) – four‑day work week with a long weekend each week.
