We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have content: "Who We Are" (company description) maybe not needed? The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to decide sections: "About the role" maybe from "Who We Want This position is responsible for plant layout..." That's description of role. Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Then requirements/qualifications: list of needed qualifications. Benefits: mention ESOP program. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: mention Z Shift / 6PM-6AM F-SU. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: ESOP program. Also maybe "Who We Are" could be omitted? It's company description but could be considered "About the company". Not in allowed headings list but we could maybe include as a

without heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only if content exists. Could also include a short

for company overview without heading? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Company overview maybe not minor metadata; but we could include as a

without heading? Might be okay. But better to include as a

before sections. We need to preserve all substantive information: company mission, ESOP, etc. So we need to include that info somewhere. Let's craft:

We could also have Qualifications same as Requirements but we can combine. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Requirements and Qualifications into one section maybe "Requirements". But we have both required and preferred. Could keep as Requirements. Benefits: we already included ESOP in company description paragraph. Could also make a Benefits section:

Benefits

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) providing annual company shares as an additional retirement benefit.

Schedule

Z Shift / 6PM-6AM F-SU

Pay: not mentioned, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. The "Who We Are" paragraph includes ESOP mention; we might duplicate if we also have Benefits section. But we can keep ESOP in Benefits section and remove from company description to avoid duplication. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can mention ESOP in Benefits section and still mention that it's a benefit in company description? Might be duplication but okay. Better to keep ESOP only in Benefits section and adjust company description to not mention ESOP. But the company description originally includes ESOP; we need to preserve that info. We can keep it in Benefits section and also mention in company description briefly? Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but we could avoid redundancy by moving ESOP to Benefits and removing from company description. However then we lose the mention that ESOP is a benefit of joining the Challenge team. But we still have it in Benefits section, so info preserved. So we can edit company description to omit ESOP sentence. Let's rewrite company description without ESOP sentence. Company description paragraph: "Challenge Manufacturing’s mission is to manufacture with operational excellence by empowering our employee-owners. As a leading tier 1 supplier of complex metal assemblies for the global automotive industry, we drive innovative solutions for future mobility. We believe the best ideas come from individual unique perspectives. These ideas combined with the teamwork of industry leaders allow us to accomplish any challenge. Challenge is proud to be one of the largest employee-owned automotive companies in North America. Challenge is #QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered!" That preserves all except ESOP mention. Then Benefits section will have ESOP. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Who We Want" etc. We used that for About the role. Check for any duplicated lines: we have responsibilities list includes many items; ensure we didn't miss any from original: Let's verify original responsibilities list: - Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools consistent with local and national codes. - Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. - Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. - Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. - Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. - Maintain current state electrical license to meet governmental regulations. - Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes - Direct and train apprentices to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. - Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. - Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. - Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors. - Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. - Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. - Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. - Run conduit inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. - Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications. - Fasten small metal or plastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets. - Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects. - Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services. - Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving needed vehicles. We have all. Now Requirements: original includes: - High School diploma or equivalent, plus four years of experience as an industrial electrician (required). - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications. - State Licensed Electrician / Journeyman Card holder (preferred). - Minimum of three years' experience working in and/or servicing manufacturing environments as an Industrial Electrician (required). We have those. Now schedule: "Z Shift /
