Maintenance Electrician

Role Overview: An Electrician responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC equipment in a manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Ensure optimal operation of plant equipment and systems.Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, scheduled inspections, and preventive maintenance.Contribute to electrical safety programs and ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and environmental regulations.Recommend safety improvements and process enhancements.Maintain accurate equipment records and support operational uptime.Perform duties independently or as part of a team, including working in elevated or outdoor environments. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.Journeyman Electrical License and knowledge of NEC.Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems.Physical ability to climb, work in elevated areas, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various conditions.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Commitment to safety and customer service; flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience Master Licensed Electrician.Experience with automation, PLCs, and industrial maintenance.Knowledge of work order and inventory systems.
