Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare the plates by punching holes on front and placing them inside the designated color.
• Affixes press operator in removing and replacing worn rollers and adjusting pressure between rollers of press, using hand tools.
• Load skid of unprinted sheets of paper on feed device of sheet-fed press, using the pallet jack.
• Inspect materials and products for defects, and ensure they meet job specifications.
• Push dual control buttons and move controls to start, stop, or adjust machinery and equipment.
• Load printed side of the job to the flipping machine and prepare to load on the press machine.
• Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.
• Remove materials and products from machines and equipment, and place them for staging position for bindery department.
• Record production and operational data, such as amount of materials processed.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work station are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Pay And Benefits

Pay Range: $15 - $22 Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
