About the role
The role involves operating press brakes to fabricate metal components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate press brakes to bend and shape metal sheets to precise dimensions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Work closely with other manufacturing team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in metal fabrication or related field.
- Proficient in using press brake machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic metalworking techniques and materials.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
