About the role
Operate both the Amada and Bystronic Press Brakes, ensuring quality production while adhering to company safety guidelines and practices.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the Amada/Bystronic Press Brake.
- Organize workflow to minimize machine downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Observe operation of the Press Brake, check accuracy of formed parts, and adjust the CNC monitor as needed.
- Make minor repairs, adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
- Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
- Ability to use a crane to safely load parts into the Press Brake.
