Essential Duties And Tasks
- Affords assistance with machine setup, tool mounting, plate preparation, material loading, and setting machine settings.
- Maintains supervision of press machine operations, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the primary operator or supervisor.
- Assists with routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation of the machine and adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Qualifications, Education And Experience
- No prior experience required, but 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and confident professional capable of working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
