Requirements

• Terminal degree in a field aligned with New College of Florida’s mission
• Demonstrated track record of achievement and national recognition in teaching and/or scholarship

Qualifications

• Individualized and student-centered curriculum

Skills

• Ability to teach undergraduate general education courses
• Ability to contribute to the development of academic programs when appropriate
• Ability to host panels and/or workshops on issues aligned with New College of Florida’s mission

Benefits

• 5, 9 or 12 month appointments for the 2026-27 academic year
• Possibility of renewal
