President of Integrated Marketing & Brand Equity

On behalf of a confidential client, Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is conducting this retained executive search for a well-resourced leadership team at a high-growth or enterprise organization.

About the Role

We are seeking a President of Integrated Marketing & Brand Equity to own the enterprise brand and lead integrated marketing across every channel and region. You will build brand equity, unify the marketing organization, and connect brand strategy to measurable commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise brand strategy and long-term brand equity.
• Lead integrated marketing across all channels, regions, and business units.
• Connect brand and marketing to demand generation and commercial results.
• Unify and lead the global marketing organization and agency ecosystem.
• Own marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI.
• Partner with the CEO and commercial leaders on brand and growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years in marketing and brand leadership, with senior budget ownership.
• Proven track record building brand equity that drives commercial growth.
• Deep experience across brand, performance, and integrated marketing.
• Experience building and leading large global marketing organizations.
• Ability to set marketing direction and make portfolio trade-offs.
• Board- and investor-ready communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $425,000 to $550,000, with exact placement determined by skills, experience, and interview performance.
