About the role

  • Lead diligence, valuation, negotiation, and deal execution end to end.
  • Own post-merger integration and value capture against the deal thesis.
  • Partner on capital allocation and portfolio strategy.
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and board on deal strategy and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Proven track record leading and closing complex transactions at scale.
  • Deep experience owning post-close integration and value capture.
  • Experience building and leading corporate development organizations.
  • Ability to set inorganic strategy and make portfolio trade-offs.
  • Board- and investor-ready communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience executing international and cross-border transactions.
  • Experience with carve-outs, divestitures, and complex structures.
  • Experience building an M&A function from the ground up.
  • Corporate development leadership in the client's markets.

Pay

Base salary range: $525,000 to $700,000, with exact placement determined by skills, years of experience, and interview performance.

Benefits

  • Competitive equity / long-term incentive package.
  • Flexible work arrangement with a home-office stipend where applicable.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible PTO policy + Company Holidays.
  • Annual learning and development budget.
  • 401(k) matching plan.
