About the Role

Lead the entire manufacturing business and drive growth, profitability, and operational performance. This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees sales, operations, production, engineering, quality, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, pricing, and margins
• Lead sales, marketing, customer relationships, and business growth
• Improve production, quality, efficiency, and factory utilization
• Build and develop strong leadership teams
• Identify and solve business and operational issues
• Expand into new markets and grow the customer base
• Manage working capital and maintain financial discipline

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing a manufacturing business
• Strong P&L, financial, sales, and operations experience
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven leadership style
• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is preferred
