We are seeking a seasoned President to lead the organization through its next phase of strategic growth and market leadership. Position Overview The President will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of the company. This executive will oversee sales, sourcing, finance, and team development, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in a competitive seafood marketplace. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in the seafood industry, with deep, hands-on knowledge of the lobster sector — including supply dynamics, pricing volatility, seasonality, processing, and distribution within the U.S. market. This is an onsite leadership role requiring strong daily engagement with the team. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and annual operating planLead all commercial efforts, including retail, foodservice, wholesale, and club channel growth domestically & internationallyOversee lobster procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity, quality, and competitive cost positioningManage full P&L responsibility and drive EBITDA growthStrengthen and expand relationships with key customers and strategic partnersDirect operational performance across logistics, inventory management, cold chain, and complianceMonitor market trends including seasonality, landings, pricing cycles, and competitive activityDevelop and mentor the team while building organizational depthEnsure adherence to all regulatory requirements and food safety standardsRepresent the company within the seafood industry and broader business community Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in the seafood industryExtensive, proven experience specifically in the lobster business (live, frozen, and value-added,)Demonstrated success leading a seafood importing, trading, or distribution company or divisionFull P&L leadership experience in a $50M+ organization (experience at $100M scale preferred)Deep understanding of lobster sourcing regions and supply chain dynamicsStrong relationships within the U.S. retail and foodservice seafood sectorsStrategic mindset with operational discipline and financial acumenBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field MBA, a plus Compensation A competitive executive compensation package will be offered, commensurate with experience and performance.
