About the role
The purpose of this role is to ensure assigned Cherry Coatings offices meet overall goals and objectives, deliver profit expectations, and grow and develop staff.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a people-first culture focused on CHERRY CORE VALUES.
- Ensure daily operations of departments align with CHERRY COATINGS guidelines and procedures.
- Understand and address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly with City Leaders.
- Develop strategic plans, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans for each city.
- Hold City Leaders accountable for budget and fund allocations.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to develop well-rounded leaders.
- Propose corrective actions to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of each location in the region and company.
- Stay informed about competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- Control costs to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction: 7+ years, 3+ years in construction office management preferred.
- Deep experience in the commercial coatings space.
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction or business management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Flexible schedule, punctual, and able to work 7-4:30; Saturdays as needed.
- Strong work history and reliable transportation.
