About the role
This is an entry level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade. Applicants will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks.
Responsibilities
- Paint removal
- Hand pneumatic grinding / needle gun (surface prep)
- Masking/unmasking
- Decking
- Damping tiles
- Brush/Roller/Spray painting
- Snow removal
Requirements
- Preferred - High School Diploma or GED
- Required - Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. Hand grinding / needle gun (surface prep)
- Required - Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.
- Required - Must be able to wear a respirator.
- Required - Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.
- Preferred - Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.
